Mia is an HR and Office Administrator with a passion for people and a keen eye for data. After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Psychology, her fascination with human behaviour and organisational dynamics naturally drew her toward HR. At C3, Mia bridges the gap between operations and people, managing the day-to-day logistics of the C3 office while providing essential HR support.
