Lydia has truly done a bit of everything, bringing a remarkably diverse background to the C3 team. A former registered Associate Nutritionist with an MSc in Human Nutrition, she spent five years as an Operational Firefighter before channeling her practical DIY skills into facilities management. Now, Lydia is ready to make her mark, overseeing both the C3 offices and our sister agency, Powerhouse. Her role is a mix of coordination, safety compliance and hands on problem solving, making sure the day-to-day logistics across the group run seamlessly.
