His expertise spans customer analytics, NLP, time-series forecasting, and Market Mix Modelling – driving marketing ROI and reducing churn through predictive modelling and campaign optimisation. He has built RAG systems, chatbots, and automated pipelines using Python, XGBoost, LangChain, and OpenAI. Whether it’s deploying LLMs, running A/B tests, or optimising media spend, Gaggan turns complex data into actionable insights.
