Since joining Connective3 in early 2026, Connor Alma has become an integral part of our finance function. Supporting the Group Head of Finance, he oversees everything from budgeting and invoicing to complex data analysis for both Connective3 and our sister agency, Powerhouse. He brings a fresh perspective to the team, always looking for ways to improve our processes, from technical accuracy to team wellbeing.

When he’s not crunching numbers or studying, Connor is an avid gamer and the ultimate dog dad to his corgi, Munchie.
