Through our research, we found that 10% of households have hidden leaks, but people lack awareness about this. The data also revealed that the market is cluttered with independent plumbers or small leak detection services with generic advertising.
A focus group highlighted frustration with plumbers and their reliability. In addition to this, financial struggles meant that the working class didn’t have the money to ‘trial’ a new product.
Recognising potential, we proposed creating a new modern website through a simplified interface and industry-first tools.
