We opened the doors to our Manchester office in June 2021. As our third office, Manchester was, and still, is an important area of growth for us. The north west has an exceptional digital talent pool, and we have a growing number of clients in the region, so Manchester was an obvious choice for us.

Starting out with just three people, Manchester is now home to a team of 15 (and counting!). The office, a coworking space in the heart of the city, meets the needs of our growing team. It is bright and spacious, featuring large breakout areas, unique conference rooms, an outdoor terrace and more importantly, it’s dog friendly! Let’s take a look around.
Culture, creativity and collaboration
We have hybrid working at c3, meaning you can WFH as standard, but we’re big believers of having a dedicated space for our team to get together and connect too. As with our Leeds HQ, we wanted a unique office space that people want to be a part of, and the Manchester office does just this. The space helps maintain a great working culture, enhances collaboration and boosts creativity.
Connected Working
It’s important that all our office spaces support our connected ways of working. Strategy planning, creative brainstorms, after-work socials and lunchtime get togethers are all part of the parcel at c3, so our space reflects this. Equipped with a large breakout area, an expansive lounge, meeting rooms and an outdoor terrace, there’s plenty of options for our team to collaborate on campaigns together.
Peace and quiet
For the times when you need to get your head down, join remote meetings, or just get some peace and quiet there are plenty of pods, call booths and quiet comfy corners to get away from the main office buzz.
Work and play
Socialising is made easier with the huge lounge on the ground floor, fully stocked with wine, beer, and your favourite herbal teas. Get together with your team and have a drink, play some ping-pong or chill out on the sofas with the office pups. If the ground floor doesn’t have what you’re after then why not head to the roof? Featuring panoramic views of the city, and an excellent wifi connection, it’s the place to be when the sun is shining.
