Charlie leads the connective3 Sales and Marketing team, managing our marketing strategy to drive global brand recognition and leads for the business. After completing a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Nutrition, Owen is now applying his research training into data analysis. He has 6 years of research experience and 3 years of experience in web analytics, consumer, and product analysis across multiple sectors. Group Head of New Business

Simon has over 7 years sales, marketing and lead gen experience. Initially working in a lead gen capacity introducing agencies of varying specialities to some of the most recognisable brands including ESPN, LEGO & Dr Martens.

He then went on to take a more client facing role as the New Business Manager for one of the North's leading development agencies. Simon has come on to help develop the outbound sales strategy at connective3 and ‘bang the drum’ about the great work we have, and will continue to deliver!

Frankie Bisi

Frankie is a well-rounded marketer who has over 5 years’ experience working for both agencies and brands. Frankie started off her career creating websites for a range of SMEs in the UK, she then moved to work for an in-house agency team where she was a key member in growing one of the largest digital events in the north. Her latest role for a large FTSE250 company saw her manage day-to-day global marketing activity and projects of all sizes. Frankie takes a hands-on approach to her work and can’t wait to apply everything she’s learnt to her role at connective3.

Rosa Mitchell

With over seven years’ experience in digital PR, content creation, and social media, Rosa has worked across a variety of different projects, from stand-alone campaigns to long-term strategic roadmaps. She combines her analytical skills with her love of creativity to create concepts that work for a large number of industries, including e-commerce, finance, law, and travel.

Robin has joined us from working in-house, where he helped a golf company market licenced TaylorMade and Callaway products. His main responsibility at connective3 is generating outbound sales. Experienced as a Digital Marketing Apprentice and is looking forward to meeting prospects for connective3 and helping brands achieve the results they are looking for.

Lewis has had over 5 years of experience in sales before he joined the connective3 team, both in face-to-face roles and in the tech sector. He has now made the jump to the world of digital marketing to keep honing his skills and collaborate with the amazing team! Richard has an award winning portfolio from his experience in photography and videography. Working with globally recognised brands creativity and attention to detail are key and he enjoys the challenge of making every piece of work unique and leaves a lasting impression. As Content Creator Manager, Richard will work on both internal and client work and help to keep the brand message and imagery connected on all levels.

With a degree in Film Production, Ryan is a passionate and innovative member of the video team. Ryan uses his videography and animation skills to bring projects to life, for both connective3 and external clients. He is excited to expand on his current skillset, branching out into photography and design, to maximise the quality of output, and help grow the photo and video team.

Since joining connective3 soon after the launch in 2019, Jane has grown and developed the design team, leading the delivery of dynamic creative solutions for clients. Working very closely with PR and Paid Media, Jane and the team aim to create meaningful, performance-led designs.

Oli joined the team in June 2021 and has since progressed to Multimedia Design Manager. Passionate about keeping our design capabilities at the forefront of the industry, Oli has worked to incorporate various mediums into our design skillset - including motion design, UX/UI, 3D design and more.

Josh is a recent BA Hons Graphic Design graduate from the University of Huddersfield. With 6 years of prior experience, Imy is well-versed in multiple mediums across design. This includes the music industry, live events and small businesses, all of which contributed to her winning a design award in 2019. Despite graduating during the pandemic, Imy has been able to utilise resources to improve her skills and her craft which is reflected within her client-led work. Since starting her c3 journey, Imy has expanded her illustrative passion and skill as well as bringing a newfound love for visually stunning interactive pieces for her clients. She continues to build her skillset to provide the best quality designs for her clients.

With a background in tourism economics and a master’s degree in business psychology, Ronja has started her digital Marketing career in the Influencer and Social Media space. In 2022, Chloe moved to Manchester to begin her career in Digital PR and has since worked on leading UK and US brands in the sports, interiors, retail, beauty and travel industries. She loves coming up with creative ideas backed with the latest data to form unique campaigns that will deliver impressive results. Randeep is a Sports Journalism graduate from the University of Huddersfield with over two and a half years’ experience in the digital PR industry. He has worked on a variety of campaigns in the past, ranging from finance to iGaming. His passion for US sports, particularly the NFL, has led to him securing high quality coverage on the likes of FOX, USA Today and Sports Illustrated. At c3, Randeep is looking forward to working within the International Team and developing his PR skills.

Niamh comes from an events background working closely with clients to create corporate events, celebrations, and exhibitions. She's worked with brands such as Merseytravel, Channel 4 and LFC. Niamh is looking forward to pivoting into digital PR and get some amazing results for her clients.

Adam Johnson

Senior Digital PR Executive

Adam joins c3 as a Digital PR Executive and is excited to get stuck into the role after already having two years of experience in Digital PR. Adam is very enthusiastic and passionate about sport and is looking forward to working on connective3's sports/iGaming accounts. Vera Staiger

Vera has an academic background in journalism and a master’s degree in Public Relations & Digital Communication (from Salford University). Vera's experience spans freelance writing, charity PR work and event planning for different companies including a music label and an eco-travel company. She's been working full-time in digital PR since February 2021, working on UK-based and international accounts, with focus on the DACH market due to her German background. Having worked with clients from all sorts of fields, including travel, lifestyle, retail, health, sports, finance and education, Vera loves diving into new niches and gaining expertise through creative campaigns. Vera's hoping to use her insights to inspire creative and impactful campaigns that can drive great results.

After graduating in 2021, Carrie landed her first marketing role for a small business, where she focused on writing onsite copy and managing social media channels. Eventually, this role evolved into one encompassing Digital and traditional PR. In the following year, Carrie transitioned to her first agency, assuming a Digital PR role that resulted in securing top-tier coverage in outlets like ITV and The Rolling Stone. These achievements were true pinch-me moments for her. Carrie has a strong passion for lightweight and reactive campaigns, but she is excited about developing her skills in data-led campaigns.

His journey started in 2017 when he covered the heavyweight world title fight between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko as a reporter at Wembley Stadium. Since then, Joe has continued to develop his skills and expertise within sport, attending major events across Europe and North America including boxing, MMA, football, cricket, snooker and tennis for interviews, live reports, and writing. At C3, Joe is excited to broaden his experience in the digital market landscape and produce creative content.

Tom discovered his love for the media landscape while studying History at the University of Liverpool, securing a media and marketing internship, and eventually becoming Features Editor of The Liverpool Tab. Since graduating in 2022, Tom spent over a year working for a boutique PR agency, specialising in brand and talent PR. Working with a range of clients across the entertainment and lifestyle industry, Tom consistently succeeded in achieving top tier coverage. Laura graduated with a master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds at the end of 2021. After freelancing for a couple of years, she transitioned to c3.
