The housing market has seen unprecedented growth in the past year, with housing prices continuing to rise in the UK. It will be interesting to see what the new figures say, and to see if the extension of the Stamp Duty deadline has impacted them at all.

DRIVING TESTS RESTART, THURSDAY 22ND APRIL
A great opportunity for experts in the motor industry, from Thursday 22nd April, driving tests are allowed to restart in England and Wales.
Driving lessons were able to start on April 12th, and this is welcome news for any learner drivers who have been unable to take their tests during lockdowns in the UK.

Aiming to raise awareness of climate change and global warming, Earth Day is a worldwide celebration in honour of Mother Earth.
