LLM Search Agency
AI has become the first place customers go to, to research, compare and choose brands. We help you show up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other LLMs, so you’re included in the conversations where high-intent decisions begin.
We’ll help you drive your visibility in LLMs
A core part of our overall GEO search offering, if you want to be part of the consideration, you need LLMs (Large Language Models) to cite you.
Each LLM has its own signals, and a single strategy won’t cover all of them. So, whilst we’ll ensure your site follows best-practice SEO foundations; we’ll dig into the data our proprietary tools offer, to create tailored strategies for the LLMs that are important to you – whether that’s building brand mentions on YouTube, having an authentic presence on community sites like Reddit, or building quality mentions and referring domains via a targeted PR strategy.
Accurately measure the impact of your LLM visibility
LLM search may be a relatively new aspect of search, but according to Stackmatix, AI platforms generate 45 billion sessions per month globally – and this shows no signs of stopping.
Investing in this area is key if you want to grow, but you’ll want to see the proof. We use our proprietary SEO tool, Arise, to conduct prompt-level tracking, looking at visibility per prompt, across each LLM, alongside overall brand sentiment.
This is then paired with our Brand Citation Score, that shows the likelihood of LLMs remembering your brand via the quality of referring domains you have; and the impression, traffic, and conversion data you can get from GA4 and Search Console.
See the results for yourself
We know we can talk a big game sometimes – but we can back it up with results too, like Evri, where our GEO strategy saw them gain 22.6% AI share of voice, and 300% increase in sessions from LLMs over a six-month period.
Our LLM search services are tailored to each platform
ChatGPT
ChatGPT relies heavily on social influence and community recommendations, and if you work in a sector that has a research-led purchase journey like travel, this is one LLM you’ll want to be visible in. We’ll implement a strategy that not only builds your presence across social media, but authentically improves your brand sentiment across Reddit, and gets you mentioned in third-party listicles, which is the kind of content ChatGPT loves to share.
Gemini
Another core LLM for travel brands, alongside retail and fashion, your approach will need to be different if you want to drive visibility here. Gemini doesn’t cite social content, but it does rely heavily on entity clarity – that means ensuring your business information is consistent across your site, and third-party directories. Gemini also rewards brands that have clear service pages, and structured FAQs, and pricing information – so a core focus here would be on your on-site content strategy.
AI Mode and AI Overviews
Like Gemini, these two platforms are great for researching sectors that are already deeply embedded in Google’s ecosystem, like retail, ecommerce and fashion; but what AI Mode and AI Overviews (AIOs) surface are different to Gemini, which is why it’s important to have a strategy for both. AIOs favour high-ranking organic content, whereas AI Mode applies different weighting through Gemini’s query fan-out technique; so for this, we’d focus on building out your supporting content, paired with a PR strategy to increase brand mentions and referring domains, and a social search strategy that’s focused on YouTube, and building your mentions on there.
Claude
Popular for research-heavy and compliance-focused environments, if you’re operating in the software, legal, technical, or financial service sectors, you’ll want to be visible on Claude. Our focus for this is more weighted towards E-EAT, looking at how you can leverage original research to create thought-leadership content that’s credited to in-house experts, and detailed case studies and technical documentation.
Perplexity
Fresh content is key if you want to appear on Perplexity. It uses real-time RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which means pages that are just days old can be cited. Perplexity also values third-party sources, so you’ll want to appear across industry publications and directories, as well as generate positive sentiment across review sites and Reddit. Sectors like B2B research, healthcare and finance should have a Perplexity LLM strategy, with users who need verifiable, source-backed answers turning to this platform to do their research.
Microsoft Copilot
Crucial for B2B enterprise, SaaS, and manufacturing brands, and any other sector where buyers are researching and making decisions inside Microsoft’s ecosystem; Copilot favours expertise like Perplexity, meaning named authors, verifiable sourcing, and clear publish dates are key. Copilot also cites LinkedIn, so having your experts publish regular, thought-leadership posts on there is one way to help your brand get surfaced; as is appearing on reputable enterprise software directories.
LLM visibility audits
Alternatively, if you’re not quite sure where to get started, then an LLM visibility audit is a great option. Whether you want a complete market landscape, or one or two core LLMs, we’ll identify what your customers are searching for and where; how each LLM currently perceives you compared to competitors, and the factors that each LLM references when deciding which brand to mention and cite. This audit will be packaged up into priority recommendations, which either we can implement ourselves, or you can.

FAQs
Why should I choose C3 for LLM search?
From in-depth LLM audits through to thorough opportunity analysis and tracking, we know what it takes to help your brand stand out across the AI space. We’ve built tools like Arise and Brand Citation Score specifically for LLM measurement; and we’ve applied this across a range of sectors -including B2B LLM search – to provide genuinely useful insights, and action LLM strategies that drive visibility.
What’s the difference between LLM search and GEO search?
These two phrases are often used interchangeably, but there’s a subtle difference. LLM search sits under our wider GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) offering. GEO search refers to the full strategic practice – that means the entity work, and tech, content and PR strategies that help your brand become visible across AI as a whole. LLM search goes deeper than this, looking at the specifics on how each LLM sources its answers, and devising a tailored strategy for each LLM.
