Its been eight months since we launched c3 back in October 2019. We had a lot of plans for our first year of business, however a global pandemic definitely wasn’t something that we’d planned for. Like most businesses we’ve had to adapt our strategy and ways of working, however our drive to push the business forward has meant that we have been able to continue to win new business and grow our team.
Tim Grice had the following to say on our new hires; “Despite the obvious challenges that have been upon us all in the last 3 months, the team have come out fighting and managed to deliver 25% growth. This has allowed us to bring in new talent that will help push us to the next level.”
Meet our new team members below:
Elle Pollicott – Content Marketing Strategist
Elle Pollicott joins as Content Marketing Strategist with over 5 years’ experience both in-house and agency side. Previously at Hallam Agency her role at c3 will see her work with the SEO team to create and implement on-page content strategies to increase rankings and organic growth, and the ideation/creation side of larger content campaigns (working with PR teams).

I’m just looking forward to going into the office and meeting everyone face-to-face, and continuing to work on lots of great content strategies and campaigns for our clients.”
Libby Windle – PR Manager
Libby Windle joins as PR Manager from her previous role as PR Account Manager at Jaywing PR. Her role at c3 is to oversee the output of all digital PR activity. With over five years’ experience in both traditional and digital PR working across multiple sectors including health and wellbeing, technology and education.

Harj Kalyan – Digital Analyst
In his role at c3 Harj will be working across all channels – paid, organic and PR to produce insights through data and drive efficiencies through tech, as well being part of the paid media team working on paid media campaigns. Having previously worked at Brass and Engage, Harj has over two years’ experience in paid media.

Sophie Davey – Senior Paid Media Executive
Sophie Davey joins connective3 from NERVE, where she started her career in account management before progressing into paid media. She brings to the team four years’ agency experience managing accounts across various sectors including financial services, travel, and property.

Jonny Buer – Business Development Manager
Jonny has worked for the last three years in business development roles at some of the UK’s most respected digital agencies. With experience selling to national and international organisations, Jonny’s role will be to identify opportunities where c3 can add value and deliver growth for fantastic brands across the globe.
