Diversity & Inclusion
We’re proud to be building a workplace where everyone is free to be themselves. Our differences and our unique experiences are what make us special – and they help us to make connective3 a more unique, creative, and inspirational place to work.
But we don’t just celebrate our team – we take our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion seriously. We run a company survey once a year, with feedback from every single member of our team. We’re always honest and transparent about the areas where we need to improve, because supporting our team isn’t a box-ticking exercise, or a task that’s ‘done’ – it’s a commitment we make to one another.
Our Diversity and Inclusion committee drives change from our people, bringing together c3 staff from different backgrounds to help us look at changes we can make in policies, processes and strategy.
From the top down, our HR, People and Culture team also ensure that we have best-in-class support for our team, establishing everything from processes to support our neurodivergent team members to a Parental and Faith room for those who need a quiet space and privacy.
Wellbeing
Our team are the most important part of our business – after all, without them, there’s no connective3. So while we’re a workplace, we’re a workplace full of happy, motivated and supported people. Whether it’s our monthly wellbeing breakfast to get everyone away from their desks, or our private healthcare with unlimited therapy sessions, we put the wellbeing of our team first.
Our focus on growth doesn’t come at the cost of our people. We want positive change, development, and training opportunities to match our high career aspirations, and we put focus on our wellbeing initiatives to make that happen.
Mind
Our commitment to your mental wellbeing includes a wellbeing team looking after our staff, five wellness days for you to use across the year, and unlimited counselling and CBT through Vitality. If you need extra help, as we all do from time to time, you can expect tailored support, with all of our line managers and our HR team trained in how to care for you if you’re having a hard time.
Body
We also care about your physical wellbeing – take part in yoga in the office, get monthly credits towards Ryde spin classes, or join the C3 run club. And, of course, there are plenty of amazing offers and benefits like discounted gym memberships that we offer as part of our Vitality health insurance policy.

Our offices
With offices in Leeds, Manchester and London we have spaces that reflect the creative and collaborative work that we’re creating. All offices are centrally located, have open plan layouts and lots of areas for quiet working and meetings. We have fresh fruit, refreshments on tap and a whole host of activities organised by our social and wellbeing committees. Expect wellbeing breakfasts, lunch time run clubs, yoga and so much more.
