As we approach the weekend the topic of our team chats has begun to focus heavily around where we can get takeaways this weekend. With many local eateries, breweries and coffee shops re-opening week on week and adapting to adapt to a contact free model, there’s now a multitude of choice when it comes to deciding where to get your takeaways this weekend.
What we were missing however was a means to find all these places, and to see which ones were still open, as many are running deliveries themselves, and not through sites such as Deliveroo and JustEat. As we discussed this internally, we came up with the idea of plotting all the open places in Leeds on a map, with the help of our Technical and Insights Director Alan Ng, we made it happen!
This is by no means an exhaustive list, we’ve simply pulled this together based on our collective knowledge of what’s open and supplemented this with a few other resources (including this from Leeds-List).
