Connective3 can today announce that we have been appointed by Checkatrade, the UK’s market-leading online directory dedicated to connecting homeowners with quality tradespeople. connective3 has been chosen to deliver a cross-channel brief covering content, social, and influencer marketing.

With an objective to create informative content and increase organic social engagement, connective3’s proposed strategy is to create a large bank of search-friendly content, create a hub of influencers that identify with tradespeople, and grow Checkatrade’s organic following.

We have extensive experience in the home improvement space and have established long-standing relationships with clients including Wren Kitchens, Tapi Carpets, Sanctuary Bathrooms and Express Bi-Folding doors.

Tim Grice, CEO at connective3, commented:

“We are thrilled to be working with Checkatrade. They have ambitious expansion plans, which is something we can really resonate with as a fast-growing business. We look forward to taking our team’s expertise and applying that to Checkatrade’s growth strategy and are excited to see where the partnership takes us.”

Georgina Whalley, CMO at Checkatrade commented:

With ambitious product innovation and growth plans, we are excited to see how our strategy with connective3 of integrating engaging content with innovative digital channel delivery will add value to existing members and attract more quality tradespeople to the benefits Checkatrade can bring to growing their business.”

At a headcount of 100 after just four years of trading, connective3 has seen substantial growth since their 2019 launch, with offices across the UK and a dedicated international team as well. Their client portfolio in the home improvement sector now includes leading brands such as Wren Kitchens, Tapi Carpets and Sanctuary Bathrooms.
