Having spent the last three years at Virgin Trains leading the digital transformation and digital futures strategy for the East Coast Mainline Kristal has recently joined Harry Hall International, one of the UK’s oldest and most respected equestrian companies to lead their commercial and digital strategy. In her talk Kristal will outline the customer focused digital strategy employed by Harry Hall to ensure customer retention.
