With nearly 100 digital marketers, we needed an office space that reflected the creative and collaborative work that we’re creating, but allowed our team to come together and connect too. We’ve invested heavily in creating a bespoke space which blends work and play seamlessly. Hybrid working offers WFH as standard, but what happens when you build a space so good, that people want to come and be a part of it?
Our Offices
Our Leeds HQ
Leeds is where connective3 was founded. As our HQ, our office on Queen Street has hosted us from day one. Our blank canvas where we started c3 without desks or chairs, building our business from the ground up. Five years later, the home we’ve built here is unrecognisable from that original office.
Cross team working is standard here, and our space needed to support that. From creative brainstorms to lunch time catch-ups, we’ve built a space that encourages large groups to get together and connect. From our 50 seat theatre, to our two kitchens, our office has plenty of space for the team to collaborate.
Forget going to the pub, when you’re ready for a beer or a prosecco at the end of the day, head through to the C3 bar, and help yourself to a drink from our in-house taps, or a soft drink from the fridge. Have a chat or play a game of pool with your team.
Our Manchester office
We opened the doors to our Manchester office in June 2021. As our third office, Manchester is an important area of growth for us. The north west has an exceptional digital talent pool, and we have a growing number of clients in the region, so Manchester was an obvious choice for us.
We have hybrid working at c3, meaning you can WFH as standard, but we’re big believers of having a dedicated space for our team to get together and connect too. As with our Leeds office, we wanted a unique office space that people want to be a part of, and the Manchester office does just this. The space helps maintain a great working culture, enhances collaboration and boosts creativity.
It’s important that all our office spaces support our connected ways of working. Strategy planning, creative brainstorms, after-work socials and lunchtime get togethers are all part of the parcel at c3, so our space reflects this. Equipped with a large breakout area, an expansive lounge, meeting rooms and an outdoor terrace, there’s plenty of options for our team to collaborate on campaigns together.
For the times when you need to get your head down, join remote meetings, or just get some peace and quiet there are plenty of pods, call booths and quiet comfy corners to get away from the main office buzz.
Socialising is made easier with the huge lounge on the ground floor, fully stocked with wine, beer, and your favourite herbal teas. Get together with your team and have a drink, play some ping-pong or chill out on the sofas with the office pups. If the ground floor doesn’t have what you’re after then why not head to the roof? Featuring panoramic views of the city, and an excellent wifi connection, it’s the place to be when the sun is shining.
