  • Responsible for clients’ organic performance
  • Lead the overarching SEO strategy for a range of clients
  • Build relationships with clients and effectively communicate roadmap progress & SEO plans
  • Understand the unique nature of each clients’ business and the organic landscape they operate in
  • Keeping up to date with SEO news & algorithm updates and the impact these have on clients’ websites
  • Working with the Content Marketing, Paid Media & Data Analytics teams to interpret the impact of SEO activity on wider marketing channels
  • Perform regular content & technical SEO audits
  • Regularly work with developers, designers and creatives to implement website changes
  • Backlink analysis and link clean up

  • Minimum of 2 years SEO experience working agency or client side
  • Clear understanding of how search engines work
  • Good understanding of broad SEO practices, including off-site and on-site tactics
  • Experience devising content & technical SEO strategies
  • Experience working with developers to action website changes
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and interpret performance trends
  • Experience using SEO crawling tools & software
  • An all-round team player
