Business Development Manager/Director

connective3 is a performance marketing agency with specialisms in SEO, Data Analytics, Content Marketing and Paid Media. We connect digital skill sets and expertise to deliver unprecedented results for our clients across all digital channels.

Having launched in October 2019 we have already experienced rapid growth, with 13 staff, one award nomination and have 12 clients across sectors including Finance, iGaming, Retail and more.

We’re looking to further accelerate this growth with the addition of a Business Development Manager or Director to the team to support our outreach strategy. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for securing meetings and adding new sales leads to the connective3 pipeline, as well as following up and managing the existing leads in the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads, outreach and nurture these leads to book meetings for the directors.
  • Working with the marketing team to amplify our activity, promoting content and targeting leads with relevant collateral.
  • Work alongside internal teams to support on lead generation objectives across all services areas.
  • Work with the directors to co-ordinate materials for pitches and proposal literature.
  • Book and attend new business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Follow and understand industry news and trends, gain an understanding of the opportunities these present for outreach and lead engagement.
  • Work well independently, scheduling calls and meetings at the appropriate time with leads and contacts.
  • Maintain the CRM – updating this daily, working alongside internal teams to ensure all leads are recorded accurately, and regular follow ups take place.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years business development experience
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing specialisms including SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, CRO, Data, Display and Social Media.
  • Good written English and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasker, able to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once.
  • Agency experience required.
