We have an extremely talented team of digital and multimedia designers, with a profound skillset ranging from data visualisation and interactive design to UX, animation, editorial, OOH and much more. PR CAMPAIGN CREATIVE
We work closely with the Digital PR team to create supporting visual assets to elevate digital PR campaigns. From simple data visualisations and infographics to animations, supporting illustrations, interactive tools, maps, and comprehensive whitepapers; our designers produce captivating and digestible content to enhance campaigns.
PAID SOCIAL AD CREATIVE
We’re pushing the boundaries of creativity within paid social, and in turn driving significant performance increases. By upgrading your current ads through the addition of dynamic animations, graphics, typography and overlays, your ads will instantly create more attention and engagement.
The synergy between our Paid team and design experts ensures that every social ad creative choice is rooted in data-driven insights. Through this collaboration, our designs are strategically produced to amplify performance and drive results. We can also create full production ads – shooting bespoke, fresh content to work for our new ad concepts.

Meet the team
Since joining connective3 soon after the launch in 2019, Jane has grown and developed the design team, leading the delivery of dynamic creative solutions for clients. Working very closely with PR and Paid Media, Jane and the team aim to create meaningful, performance-led designs.
Oli joined the team in June 2021 and has since progressed to Multimedia Design Manager. Passionate about keeping our design capabilities at the forefront of the industry, Oli has worked to incorporate various mediums into our design skillset - including motion design, UX/UI, 3D design and more.
With 6 years of prior experience, Imy is well-versed in multiple mediums across design. This includes the music industry, live events and small businesses, all of which contributed to her winning a design award in 2019. Despite graduating during the pandemic, Imy has been able to utilise resources to improve her skills and her craft which is reflected within her client-led work. Since starting her c3 journey, Imy has expanded her illustrative passion and skill as well as bringing a newfound love for visually stunning interactive pieces for her clients. She continues to build her skillset to provide the best quality designs for her clients.
Josh is a recent BA Hons Graphic Design graduate from the University of Huddersfield. With a passion for design and marketing, Josh gained experience through a diverse range of clients and varied industries, including gaming and hospitality. Josh aims to expand his current skill set, and is keen to learn web design, animation and 3D design. He is excited to be working within a such a rapidly growing company and is eager to contribute in any way possible to connective3’s ongoing success.
Lucy has a passion for all things bright, vibrant and playful. Since graduating from Leeds Arts University in 2021, Lucy has worked with a diverse range of clients and industries spanning retail, travel, finance, sports and gaming. Lucy is enthusiastic about illustration, animation and interactive design, and uses these skills within her work to produce amazing outcomes and transform clients visions into realities.
Maddie completed an internship at connective3 last year and has since taken on a part-time role with us while persuing her final year studies at the University of Leeds.
This past year has allowed Maddie to gain confidence in her ability to design campaigns for various clients. Maddie possesses a strong creative passion and loves creating unique campaigns utilising Photoshop and Illustrator.

Millie is a highly skilled Digital Designer with a focus on creating engaging Paid Social ads. With experience in both freelance and in-house positions, she has an eye for motion design and is always looking to expand her skillset into new areas like 3D design. Drawing on her background in packaging design, branding and art direction, Millie delivers high-quality work that captures the essence of any brand. She's passionate about exceeding client expectations and always goes the extra mile to deliver creative solutions that leave a lasting impact.
Seemal started off as a brand designer and has a rich background working with various clients in freelance, agency, and in-house settings. She has collaborated with diverse clients ranging from music, education, food and beverage industries, creating assets for both print and digital mediums. She has a passion for illustration and her love for it shines through in her hobby of designing greeting cards.
